Conner Gillo is Southall Cafe's Front-of-House manager. He has over 12 years of experience in the restaurant industry, from server to bartender to manager and also holds an Alcoholic Beverage Commission Manager's License in the state of Tennessee.

Wesley Atteberry is Southall Cafe's Head Bartender. He has 3 years of experience in the hospitality and bar industry and has worked as a bartender at the renowned Bishop restaurant in Downtown Memphis, TN.

Training Manager

Jeremy Sellhorn is Southall Cafe's Training Manager. He has worked in the restaurant industry for over 17 years, specializing in training and store openings for eight years.

Kim Cherry is Southall Cafe's Public Relations Consultant. She is also the CEO of Cherry and Company Relations and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts from Rhodes College.

Jenn Griffith works in the Trade Marketing Department for West Tennessee Crown and runs a small business with her husband. She can usually be found managing Southall Cafe's social media platforms.

Emily Gillo is the media manager for the Department of English at the University of Memphis and is a graduate student in the Technical Communication program. She manages Southall Cafe's website and branding.
